StopDash is still in pre-launch development. The answers below describe what is actually implemented today.
How many customer stops can one route contain?
Up to 80 customer stops. The start/depot and finish location do not consume a customer-stop slot.
What if an address can only be reached by ferry?
It is a valid address and route when Avoid ferries is off. If Avoid ferries is on and no road-only alternative exists, StopDash reports that the route requires a ferry under the current preference instead of calling the address invalid.
Does Route Planner use live traffic or provide turn-by-turn navigation?
No. Drive times are planning estimates from the road-routing graph, not live traffic. Driver Sheet is a printable work manifest; use the Google Maps, Apple Maps or Waze handoff links for turn-by-turn navigation.
Which Google Timeline exports are supported?
Google Timeline Export currently reads newer semanticSegments activity records and legacy Takeout timelineObjects activitySegment records locally in the browser. Raw location-point exports are detected but are not silently converted into trips.
How does Timeline become Mileage?
Select the trips you want, choose Unclassified, Business or Personal, then send only those selected trips to Mileage. Exact coordinates are not transferred.
Does Work Mode automatically track my location or mileage?
Not yet. The current Work Mode is a device-local manual session tracker. Background GPS/location collection is not active.
Are Uber, DoorDash or other gig accounts connected?
No platform account connection is active yet. Gig Analytics uses completed Work Mode sessions plus a user-controlled normalized CSV import, and different currencies are never combined.
Can I back up my local StopDash data?
Yes. Account → Device Data can download and restore a validated local StopDash backup. The recent route draft is excluded by default because it may contain customer/address details.
Can I subscribe to StopDash Pro now?
Not yet. Launch pricing is locked at $4.99 USD/month or $49.99 USD/year with no free trial, but authentication and billing are not active in this pre-launch build.
